INWA Welcomes Nordic Kinetic Asia Holdings as Official Affiliate Member in Singapore
The International Nordic Walking Federation (INWA) is pleased to announce the official accreditation of Nordic Kinetic Asia Holdings Singapore Pte Ltd (NKAH) as an INWA Official Affiliate Member.
Following a successful review confirming compliance with INWA’s global membership requirements, NKAH is now authorised to support and promote the development of Nordic Walking in Singapore, including instructor training, fitness and participation programmes, events and international sporting exchanges.
Strengthening Nordic Walking in Singapore
The new partnership marks an important step in the continued development of Nordic Walking across the Asia-Pacific region. Through its affiliation with INWA, NKAH will work to increase awareness and accessibility of Nordic Walking while promoting the internationally recognised INWA approach to technique, education and instructor development.
The partnership will also provide opportunities to develop local initiatives and strengthen connections between Nordic Walking communities in Singapore and the wider international INWA network.
Sebastian Zilliacus appointed Main Representative
As part of the agreement, Mr Sebastian Zilliacus has been formally appointed as NKAH’s exclusive INWA Main Representative in Singapore.
Sebastian will lead official liaison between NKAH and INWA and oversee local promotion, event development and institutional cooperation, helping to establish a strong foundation for the future growth of Nordic Walking in Singapore.
INWA President and representatives welcome Nordic Kinetic Asia Holdings to the international INWA family and look forward to supporting the organisation as it develops new opportunities for Nordic Walking in Singapore and across the wider Asia-Pacific region.
This new affiliation reinforces INWA’s commitment to expanding access to high-quality, standardised Nordic Walking worldwide and building a stronger international network of instructors, organisations and Nordic Walking communities.
