INWA also organises and delivers courses directly for National Trainers and for people based in countries where there is not an INWA National Association. In 2026 we are offering courses in Berlin, Germany and Otsu City, Shiga, Japan.​​

NATIONAL TRAINER
10 & 11 November 2026, Japan
National Trainers (NT) work at a country level, training Instructors and Leaders for INWA Member Countries. As a teacher trainer, NT's play a key role in building a network of Instructors in their region. Applications for the NT course must be counter-signed by their NNWA.

NORDIC WALKING INSTRUCTOR

Nordic Walking Instructors (NWI) are at the heart of INWA. Their role is to teach people how to Nordic Walk. NWI run groups for fitness, health, tourism or as a social activity.

CHILDREN & TEENS INSTRUCTOR
14 & 15 March 2026, Berlin Germany
or 11 November 2026, Japan
Teaching you how to adapt the INWA 10 Step Method to make it engaging and meaningful for children. The course focuses on developing physical literacy and supporting social and emotional learning, ensuring teaching is relevant, age-appropriate, and impactful. This course is for certified INWA Nordic Walking Instructors.
