Sponsorship

INWA are interested in speaking with potential commercial partners across a broad range of platforms. Current Opportunities include:

  • Sponsorship Category Partners
  • Branding & advertising at Convention and Competitions
  • Bespoke Sponsorship Opportunities

If you would like to have an exploratory conversation with us to identify how INWA can support your marketing and business objectives, please contact Paula Warren on +447766726317 or email office@inwa-nordicwalking.com.

After the 2013 AGM,INWA unveiled its new commercial strategy, the main feature of which was a new, three-tier sponsorship structure. The primary tier consists of the three Global Partners, the second tier of six INWA Competition Sponsors and the third tier of the INWA Convention National Supporters.

The three Global Partners have the highest level of association with INWA and the INWA Convention as well as playing a wider role in supporting the development of Nordic Walking all around the world, from grassroots right up to the top level at the Country Members. This allows INWA and its Global Partners to form true partnerships, adding great value to the engagement for both sides.

INWA Competition Sponsors (Official Sponsors) have rights to the Annual INWA Challenge or Championship. The main rights for a sponsor in this tier are brand association, the use of selected marketing assets and media exposure.

INWA Annual Convention – National Supporter level is the final level of INWA’s sponsorship structure, allowing companies with roots in the host country of the annual INWA Convention to promote an association in the domestic market.

One major benefit of INWA’s sponsorship strategy is the wide product category exclusivity which is afforded to all Commercial Affiliates, allowing each brand to distinguish themselves from competing brands in their product category.

The diagram below depicts how INWA three-tier sponsorship structure.
